Campaign Eligibility

All Moomoo SG users or users residing in Singapore with moomoo ID.

 

How to participate ?

During the earnings season, we will launch a vote and earn rewards campaign for the US stocks.

Each U.S. stock has 3 questions. You are required to complete the questions within the designated time to be eligible to receive rewards.

Please ensure that you have successfully opened a universal account before participating in the event as the rewards will be credited to your account.

The 3 questions of each stock are as follows.

Q1: What's your prediction of the closing price? Bull or Bear

Q2: Do you think the revenue data can beat expectations? Beat or Miss

Q3: In Earnings Hub, you can find the top company's estimate. Which function can you spot upon navigating into it?

 

Types of Rewards

• Reward 1: Moo points

Each stock has 3 questions. If you participate in all 3 questions, you will get 20 moo points regardless of whether the result is correct or not.

Note: If you only participate in any 1 or 2 of the 3 questions, you will not receive any rewards.

• Reward 2: Stock cash coupon

Each stock has 3 questions. If you cast 1 vote correctly, you will be rewarded with a stock cash coupon worth S$5 each.

• Reward 3: Cash coupon

Each stock has 3 questions. If you cast 2 or 3  of them correctly, you will receive a cash coupon worth S$10 each.

Note: Reward 2 and 3 are non-stackable.

Reward 1: 20 moomoo points

If you participate in all 3 votes, you will get 20 moomoo points regardless of whether the voting result is correct or not.

Reward 2: S$5 stock cash coupon

If you choose 1 votes correctly, you will be rewarded with a stock cash coupon worth S$5

Reward 3: S$10 cash coupon

If you choose 2 or 3 of them correctly, you will be rewarded with a cash coupon worth S$10.

Note:

• Moomoo points will be credited to your Moomoo SG universal account within 1 business day after completing the vote.

——Reward points will be issued to your account within one business day after the end of the contest. Please go to "Me - Task Center - Points Details ", or "Me - Redeem Points - Points Details", click to view.

• Stock cash coupons and cash coupons will be issued to you within 5 business days after the announcement of the voting results. You may view your rewards via in-app through Me > Promotions > My Rewards. Cash coupons will expire if it is not utilised within 30 days. 

【S$5 Stock Cash Coupon】
1.Applicable to Moomoo SG universal account;
2.Applicable to SG market Stocks, Fund(REITs, ETF); HK market Stocks, Fund(REITs, ETF, Leveraged and Inverse Products) and US market Stocks, Fund(REITs, ETF)
3.Applicable to SGD/HKD/USD;
4.The minimum required amount is S$10 (58.500HKD/7.480USD), and the maximum cashback amount is SS$5 (29.25HKD/3.74USD)

How to use: Customers need to complete the first buy of the designated species within 30 days, the S$5 cashback will be credited within 3 trading days after the order is completed.
The stock cash coupon will be released to your account within five working days after the voting result is announced. 

【S$10 Cash Coupon】
1.Applicable Threshold: Minimum net deposit of S$3,000
2.Validity period: (from the date of collection) 30 days
After the cash coupon is used, you can view the cash coupon that has been issued and used in "Me-Coupons-History", or view your fund details showing the record of funds added.
The cash coupons will be issued to the account within five working days after the results of the voting are announced. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can I change my vote?

No, once a selection has been made and submitted, it cannot be modified. Please choose carefully before casting your vote.

Q2: When does the voting start for different US stocks?

Voting starts 3 days prior to the earnings release date of each US stock. Voting ends a day earlier at 12:00AM SGT before the financial report is released. We will also notify you through the app push notification at that time.

Q3: When will the voting results be announced?

We will announce the voting results within 24 hours after the stock releases its earnings report. You can check the voting results and your rewards on the event page.

 

Terms and Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.
2. Moomoo SG reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.
3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.
4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. In Singapore, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a dealer licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Moomoo SG is a licensed entity registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) (License No..CMS101000). The moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
12. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/SG stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 2 SG market data, Level 1 China-A share market data and Level 1 HK market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. as per normal standards.
13. The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.
