Users with Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. securities account can open a crypto account by the following steps:
a. Enter specific coin codes such as "BTC" in the search bar. After entering the quote page, click on the "Trade" button at the bottom of the page.
b. If you do not have a crypto account, you can go to the trading permission activation page and select "Crypto". You will need to complete, pass the DPT Risk Awareness Assessment and read the relevant risk disclosure before you can open a crypto account.
At this time, we only support cash transfers to ensure that there is enough fiat in the account for trade.
Cash transfer refers to transferring cash from securities account to crypto account.
Path: App > Account > Transfers > Cash Transfer > Select USD/SGD > Select crypto account for transfer in/out.
Within the app, you can enter the trade page to place an order.
Click on the search button on the top right corner - input the trading pair (such as BTCUSD) - click to enter the trading pair market page - click on the trading button on the bottom left corner.
