Moomoo Crypto Priority Access

Promotion

(1) Summary 
First 5000 Moomoo SG users get to enjoy priority access to Moomoo Crypto with commission-free trading during the promo period.

(2) Promo Period
1. From 00:00 on July 22, 2024, to 21:59 on August 09, 2024, SGT.
2. If the number of priority participants reaches 5000, the promo will end as soon as the quota is full;

Moomoo SG reserves the right to change the event period without prior notice.

(3) Eligibility 
This event is open only to Singapore residents registered with a moomoo ID. The relevant user definitions are as follows:
- Singapore resident: refers to the user whose IP address is in Singapore when accessing the event page.
- Both team members must be registered with a moomoo ID to participate. 
- Users  who fulfil crypto activation criteria.
These eligibility rules do not apply to other exclusive events of Moomoo Singapore.

 

Event Participation

During the event, users can enter the event page and:
1. Click the "Share Now" button to share the event link with friends and initiate a team invitation;
2. The inviter successfully invites one invitee to join the team to form a team; after forming a team, other invitees cannot join the team again; the inviter can also join other teams before the team is full to complete the team formation;
3. Once a team is successfully formed, both team members will receive the priority access right for Moomoo Crypto, and users who successfully form a team and obtain the priority access right will enjoy commission-free crypto trading.
4. Users must update moomoo to the latest version 14.24.16608 to fully view and trade cryptocurrencies and enjoy commission-free experience;

 

Promo Benefits

(1) Priority Access to Moomoo Crypto
1. Users who obtain the priority access right for Moomoo Crypto will be eligible to experience the crypto trading feature and trade cryptocurrencies on the moomoo app starting from July 22, 2024.
2. In this event, the priority access right for Moomoo Crypto will be awarded to only the first 5000 users.

(2) Commission-Free Trading
1. The commission-free period is from 00:00 SGT on 22/07/2024 to 23:59 SGT on 30/09/2024, limited to the 5000 users who obtain the priority access right;
2. The commission-free applies only to commission fees incurred during the buying and selling of cryptocurrencies, excluding platform fees, transaction fees, and GST. There are no limits on the trading volume or number of commission-free trades during the commission-free period;
3. The commission-free benefit takes effect immediately upon activation of the access right, and users must make transactions within the commission-free period. The commission-free benefit will automatically end at 23:59 SGT on 30/09/2024.
4. The commission-free benefit will be implemented in a rebate format. Users need to place and complete transactions during the commission-free period to qualify. The rebated commission fees will be issued as cash coupons within 15 working days after the commission-free period ends. Users can check the status of cash coupons in "Me" - "My Rewards"; 
Due to changes in the market environment, the existence of fraud risks, etc., Moomoo SG reserves the right to adjust the commission-free rules at any time and has the final interpretation right. Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and risky and is not suitable for the general public. 

 

Terms and Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.
2. Moomoo SG reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.
3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.
4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. 
6. Additionally, Moomoo SG limits crypto activation to a select group. Eligible users must be under 70 years old and have a valid Singapore address or nationality. 
7. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
8. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.
9. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. Moomoo SG does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. All types of investments involve risk, and you may suffer losses. All information and data on the webpage are for informational purposes only. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. This Campaign/Promotion does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or financial needs.
10. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
11. Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
12. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
13. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List"
14. This advertisement has not been reviewed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
