Established in 1862, Hong Kong China Gas Co., Ltd. (Towngas) is the first public utility company in Hong Kong, China. Today, we are one of the largest energy suppliers in Hong Kong, with world-class corporate management and leading business practices. Over the past few years, Towngas and Hong Kong have grown from a simple gas company that supplies fuel for street lights to the current leading position in the energy industry in mainland China and beyond. The main reason for our success is the reputation we have built over the years, which has enabled us to earn the trust of Hong Kong people. We provide gas to over 0.01 million Hong Kong customers and provide a full range of gas applications to meet their needs.
