Baosheng Media Group will nominate Noel Quinn, the former CEO of HSBC, as the new non-executive chairman at the annual meeting on April 10. Quinn will take over from Romeo Lacher, who has decided not to seek re-election. Quinn will assume office on May 1 after being elected. Vice Chairman Richard Campbell-Breeden will serve as interim chairman until April 30.
