The main source of revenue was the sale of four units from the London Peninsula residence, which generated HK$1.7 billion in revenue. The Group's financial performance for the first half of 2024 did not meet expectations. Comprehensive revenue increased by 89% to HK$4.6 billion, and comprehensive pre-interest, tax, depreciation and amortization operating profit increased by 16% to HK$0.58 billion, including pre-opening and project expenses.
