On December 13, Gelonghui reported that Beibu Gulf Port (000582.SZ) announced that to meet production and operation needs, its wholly-owned subsidiary Beibu Gulf Port Beihai Terminal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beihai Terminal") successfully bid for three tugboats owned by National Pipeline Network Group Beihai Liquefied Henry Hub Natural Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beihai Natural Gas") through the Beibu Gulf Property Exchange on October 30, 2024, and intends to sign a "Ship Purchase and Sale Contract" with Beihai Natural Gas, involving a related party transaction amount of 68.1463 million yuan.
