About SHANGRI-LA ASIA Company

Since 1971, the issuer's predecessor and related entities have been active in the Singaporean hotel industry, and expanded their business to Hong Kong in 1981 and entered the mainland China market in 1984. The issuer was formally established in August 1992 and has been the ultimate holding company of the Shangri-La Group ever since. The issuer had its first listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June 1993 and its second listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange in September 1999. The issuer established the American Depositary Receipt Program in 2000.
