The main business of Jinzhi Public Transport Holdings Limited (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) is the operation of dedicated public light buses (also known as green minibuses) and passenger passenger services for residential buses in Hong Kong. With over 47 years of operating experience in the local PLB industry, the Group is one of the leading GMB operators in Hong Kong. Over the years, with its expertise, the Group has continued to improve its routes and services, growing in line with the development of Hong Kong's transport network. Currently, the Group operates 72 special public light bus routes with 354 public light buses and 4 residential bus routes with 7 public buses. The Group's fleet is equipped with eco-friendly public minibuses and advanced facilities to allow passengers to enjoy a more comfortable journey. In January 2018, the Group launched the first new low-floor minibus in Hong Kong that can be put on and off in a wheelchair, making it easier for wheelchair users to use public light bus services. Since January 2019, the Group has cooperated with Alipay Hong Kong to provide the first mobile payment method for minibuses in Hong Kong. Passengers can pay the minibus fare via mobile phone. The Group places the highest priority on passenger safety in all areas of operation. Since 2011, the Group's computerized maintenance center has obtained ISO 9001:2008 (later upgraded to ISO 9001:2015) quality management system certification. It is the first public light bus operator in Hong Kong to receive this honor, leading the industry.
