Qinghai Salt Lake Industry (000792.SZ): The controlling shareholder signed a "Cooperation Agreement" and the actual controller intends to change to China Minmetals.
On September 8th, Guolong News announced that in order to accelerate the construction of a world-class salt lake industry base and create a world-class salt lake industry group, Qinghai Salt Lake Industry plans to jointly establish China Salt Lake Group with its actual controllers, Qinghai Provincial Government State-owned Assets Commission, and its controlling shareholder China Minmetals. China Salt Lake Group will have a registered capital of 10 billion yuan, and the equity structure is planned as follows: China Minmetals will hold 53.00% of the shares; Qinghai Provincial Government State-owned Assets Commission will hold 18.73% of the shares; Qinghai State Investment will hold 28.27% of the shares (the aforementioned registered capital and shareholding ratio are preliminary numbers and will be finalized in China Salt Lake Group.
