On November 29, Glonghui reported that Skyworth Digital (000810.SZ) announced that the twelfth meeting of the board of directors was held on November 29, 2024, to review and approve the "Proposal on Conducting Forex Derivatives Trading Business." According to the needs of the company's business development, and to reduce exchange rate fluctuation risks, the company and its subsidiaries are allowed to use their own funds to engage in forex derivatives with a maximum contract value held on any trading day not exceeding 1.5 billion yuan (or equivalent foreign currency). Within the limit of the maximum contract value, it can be reused, with a validity period of 12 months from the date of approval by the company's shareholder meeting.
