The audited net profit attributable to shareholders of the company for the year was HKD 74.9 million, compared to a loss of HKD 20 million last year. The final dividend is proposed to be HKD 0.12 per share. The group's performance for this year has turned from loss to profit mainly due to (i) improvement in property sales under the group; (ii) increase in interest income due to rising interest rates; and (iii) benefits from resumed business and tourism activities.
