Puxing Energy Co., Ltd. (“Puxing Energy” or the “Group”, Hong Kong Stock Code: 00090) is a leading clean energy supplier in Zhejiang Province, China. It is mainly engaged in the construction, operation and management of power plants fueled by natural gas. The Group entered the field of natural gas power generation in 2004, was one of the first companies to enter this field in mainland China, and was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited on July 10, 2009. After years of steady development, the Group now wholly owns four natural gas power plants located in Zhejiang Province, with a total installed capacity of about 458 megawatts (of which: 457 megawatts of natural gas power generation and 578 kilowatts of photovoltaic power generation), with a maximum heating capacity of about 160 tons per hour. On July 11, 2019, the company changed its name to “Puxing Clean Energy Co., Ltd.”, and later on June 5, 2020, the company name was changed to “Puxing Energy Co., Ltd.” Puxing Energy will develop and transform into a comprehensive energy supplier by combining the concept of “energy+technology”.
