Guangdong Xingfa Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xingfa Aluminum) is headquartered in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It was founded in 1984 and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 31, 2008 (number: 0098). Xingfa Aluminum is one of the earliest companies that produced aluminum profiles in mainland China. It has now become a famous large-scale enterprise specializing in the production of construction aluminum profiles and industrial aluminum profiles in China. It is a designated production base for aluminum alloy profiles of the Ministry of Construction of China. In 2003, it was rated “No. 1 among the top ten aluminum profile enterprises in China” by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and once again confirmed its leading position as number one in 2008. In 2012, it was rated “No. 1 among the top 20 construction aluminum profile enterprises in China” by the China Nonferrous Metals Processing Industry Association. The four major production bases of Xingfa Aluminum cover a total area of 2 million square meters and already have 80 aluminum profile production lines, including large tonnage extruders. The main production equipment and testing equipment are imported from Germany, the United States, Japan and Italy. At present, Xingfa Aluminum's products have 587 national patents for aluminum alloy profiles, and more than 40,000 product specifications and models. The main products include: building doors and windows, curtain walls, electronic equipment, mechanical equipment, rail transit, aerospace, ships and high-tech military products. At the same time, it is also the largest supplier of conductive aluminum profiles for subway locomotives in China. With strong R&D capabilities and a dedicated pursuit of excellent quality, the company has established an extensive and stable sales network in China and around the world over the past 20 years to meet the needs of customers in the global market for high-quality products. In 2009, in order to meet expanding market demand and form complementary product series advantages with its headquarters, Xingfa Aluminum invested in construction [Guangdong Xingfa Aluminum (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd.] in the Yichun Economic Development Zone in Jiangxi Province on September 26 of the same year, and invested in the construction of [Xingfa Aluminum (Chengdu) Co., Ltd.] in the Shuangliu Southwest Airport Economic Development Zone in Chengdu, Sichuan Province on September 28 of the same year, with a production capacity of 100,000 tons in the first phase of the two projects. On May 11, 2010, it invested in construction [Guangdong Xingfa Aluminum (Henan) Co., Ltd.] in the Qinbei Industrial Cluster Area, Qinyang City, Henan Province. Production has now been put into operation in all three locations, and the project will reach 200,000 tons of production capacity after production. The investment and construction of the above projects by Xingfa Aluminum will expand its production base from southern China to central and western China, to better provide customers with fast, high-quality products and good services, and to better develop markets. After completing the strategic layout, the total production and sales volume is expected to reach 450,000 tons in 2015. Since its establishment, Xingfa Aluminum has won several certification certificates and honorary certificates issued by foreign authorities and national departments at all levels. For example, “Xingfa Aluminum” won the “US Pacific Coast Construction Industry Fair Gold Medal” in 1994; in October 2003, the company was approved by the Norwegian Classification Society DNV factory and had important qualifications to produce and sell marine products; in September 2004, “Xingfa Aluminum” won the title of the first batch of “China Famous Brand Products” in China's aluminum profile industry; in 2005, “Xingfa Aluminum” won the “International Quality Star Diamond Award”, which passed China in the same year.
