China Changyuan Holdings Limited (“China Changyuan” or the “Group”) (formerly known as Changyuan Telecom Network Group Co., Ltd.) mainly sells and distributes mobile phones and digital products in the People's Republic of China (“China”). The Group was established in Hong Kong in 1992. It was first listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited GEM (stock code: 8040) on February 16, 2000, and successfully transferred to the Main Board on January 26, 2004 (stock code: 110).
