Cinda International Holdings Limited (“Cinda International”, HKEx stock code: 111) is a financial services institution controlled by China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“Cinda China”) through its wholly-owned subsidiary China Cinda (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited. China Cinda's predecessor “China Cinda Asset Management Company” was established on April 20, 1999.
