Cinda International Holdings Limited (“Cinda International”, HKEx stock code: 111) is a financial services institution controlled by China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“Cinda China”) through its wholly-owned subsidiary China Cinda (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited. China Cinda's predecessor “China Cinda Asset Management Company” was established on April 20, 1999. It was the first financial asset management company approved by the State Council to effectively mitigate financial risks, maintain financial system stability, and promote the reform and development of state-owned banks and enterprises. In June 2010, China Cinda Asset Management Company was restructured as China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd., and in April 2012, it introduced four strategic investors from the National Social Security Fund Council, UBS AG, CITIC Capital Holdings Limited and Standard Chartered Bank. In December 2013, it was listed as “H” shares on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first Chinese financial asset management company to enter the international capital market.
