On March 7th, Gelonghui announced that YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK) expects that profit attributable to equity holders for the year ending December 31, 2024, will decline by approximately 65% to 70% compared to the year ending December 31, 2023, and core Net income is expected to decrease by about 50% to 55% year-on-year. Core Net income refers to the profit attributable to equity holders after excluding the net exchange gains/(losses) from the consolidated statement of profit or loss, the fair value net increase/(decrease) of investment properties held for continued use (excluding the disposal of investment properties in the current year), and the related tax impacts, as well as impairment of intangible assets.
