Its shares have been listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since March 1994 (stock code: 139). The core business of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) includes the production, trade and sale of clothing, shoes and other related products. Since 2000, the Group has further expanded its business into high-end technology, including the development and marketing of IT solutions, wireless communication products and telecommunications products and services. After many subsequent restructurings, the Group developed into a leading financial institution, providing comprehensive financial services to individual and institutional clients, including securities brokerage and futures trading, asset management and lending services.
