The company has conditionally agreed to issue up to 33.908 million shares at a placement price of HKD0.15 per share to no less than six placees during the placement period based on best efforts basis through the placement agent. Assuming there is no change in the issued share capital of the company from the date of the placement agreement to the completion date, the placement shares will represent approximately 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital after the completion of the placement. The placement price of HKD0.15 per share and the shares were reported on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on July 9th.
