On August 16th, Guolonghui reports that TAI PING CARPET (00146.HK) announced that on August 15th, 2024 (US time), TPCA (the company's wholly-owned subsidiary as a tenant) and 150East58thStreetLLC (as the owner) entered into a lease agreement for the showroom property, with a term of ten years from September 1st, 2024 to August 31st, 2034 (including the first and last day).
