International Business Settlement Holdings' Fiscal 2024 Loss Narrows
IB settlement (00147.HK) incurred a continuous business loss of approximately 61.33 million Hong Kong dollars in the fiscal year.
As of March 31, 2024, the income from the group's continuing operation business was approximately HK$173,689,000 (2023: HK$825,538,000), according to the announcement of International Business Settlement (00147.HK). This year's revenue mainly comes from the leasing and trading of computer equipment, while last year's revenue mainly comes from the real estate development classification. The revenue from the real estate development classification in the previous year was larger, mainly due to the revenue generated by the completion and delivery of three buildings in Zone F of Zhenghe City.
