Historical evolution Yilan Food Industry Co., Ltd. (“Yilan Food”) was established in May 1962. At the time, the company was engaged in the manufacture of canned agricultural products and mainly exported and exported the business. In 1983, we cooperated with Iwatuka Confectionery Co., Ltd. (“Iwatuka Confectionery”), one of Japan's leading rice crackers manufacturers, to develop the rice and fruit market in Taiwan. Since 1983, we have been producing and marketing “Wangwang” brand products. The “Wangwang” brand entered the Chinese domestic market in 1989. It entered China in 1992 and established its first subsidiary in China in Hunan Province. Over the next few years, we successfully grew from a single rice cracker company to a diversified food and beverage company. Our subsidiary Wangwang Holdings Limited (“Wangwang Holdings”) was listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange Limited (“New Stock Exchange”) in May 1996. Since then, the business has diversified into hospitals, hotels and real estate businesses, and other investment projects. Wangwang Holdings was delisted from the Singapore Stock Exchange in September 2007. Subsequent restructuring included (i) the establishment of China Wangwang Holdings Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) as a new investment holding company for all of its food and beverage businesses; (ii) divesting the hospital, hotel and real estate business and other investment projects and transferring them to San Want Holdings Limited (“Shenwang”) on December 31, 2007, then divestment through the distribution of physical dividends of Shenwang's shares to the current shareholders of Wangwang Holdings. On March 26, 2008, the Company was officially listed (“Listed”) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”). Our Taiwan Depository Receipts were listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange Co., Ltd. on April 28, 2009, and the listing was voluntarily terminated on October 15, 2013. In 2020, construction of a production base in Vietnam began to strengthen the Group's business expansion and future layout in overseas markets. In 2022, a new factory in Tien Giang City, Vietnam began production. This is the first step we have taken by Wangwang to become a “world dream.”
