On August 14, GeLongHui reported that the board of directors of be environment (00154.HK) will hold a meeting on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 66th floor, Central Plaza, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, to approve the publication of the interim performance results of the company and its subsidiaries for the six months ending June 30, 2024 (including the distribution of interim dividends, if any).
Be Environment (00154.HK) has obtained a total credit line of $30 million from banks.
On August 2, Gelonhui reported that Beijing Holdings Environment Group (00154.HK) issued a statement that on August 2, 2024, the company, as a borrower, accepted a letter of credit concerning a revolving loan and a bank guarantee provided by a bank as a lender, with a total amount of 30 million US dollars (or equivalent in foreign currency). The credit line is valid for one year.
Be environment, a subsidiary of Beijing Holdings Environmental Group (00154.HK), signed a property transfer agreement for the sale of 51% equity of Beijing North Control Ecological Construction Group.
On June 13, Grong Hui reported that Beijing Environment Holding Group (00154.HK) announced that the group intends to transfer 51% of the equity of its target company (i.e. Beijing North Control Ecological Construction Group Co., Ltd.) through public listing. During the initial disclosure period from March 25, 2024 to April 22, 2024 on the BSE, no potential transferee was solicited. According to the trading rules of the BSE, the transferor has gradually reduced the transfer floor price of the target equity in stages.
