Our company, formerly known as the state-owned Tsingtao Brewery, was founded in 1903 and is the oldest beer production plant in China. The company was incorporated on June 16, 1993, and then issued Class H shares in Hong Kong and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 15, becoming the first domestic company to be listed overseas. It issued Class A shares domestically in July of the same year and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on August 27. The company's business scope is beer manufacturing, sales, and related businesses. Currently, the company has 57 wholly-owned and controlled beer production enterprises and 2 joint and joint venture beer production enterprises in China, distributed in 20 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions across the country, ranking in a leading position in the domestic beer industry in terms of scale and market share. The Tsingtao Brewery it produces is the most well-known Chinese brand in the international market, and has been sold to 120 countries and regions around the world.
