The property refers to a residential property with a construction area of 173.49 square meters, located at 4th floor, North Tower, Donghuan Plaza, No. 19 Dongzhong Street, Dongcheng District, Peking, China. The net proceeds from the sale are intended to be used for the group’s general working capital.
