Gelonghui reported on December 18 that WINFULL GP (00183.HK) announced that on December 18, 2024, the company entered into a loan agreement with the borrower, under which the company agreed to provide a term loan financing of up to 1 million USD to the borrower, Melrose Park Developments Limited, which includes (i) accrued physical interest on the loan at an annual interest rate of 6%, to be paid on the final repayment date, and (ii) accrued interest on the loan at an annual interest rate of 8%, to be paid quarterly on each interest payment date, secured by a transfer deed and guarantee.

The board of directors believes that the significant increase in loss is primarily due to the following factors recorded during the year: (1) fair value loss on investment properties; (2) net loss on disposal of trading properties; and (3) impairment loss on leasehold properties.
