On December 6, Gelonghui reported that Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric (600860.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianhai Industrial intends to sign a product purchase and sale framework contract with Shanghai Shunhua. Tianhai Industrial and Shanghai Shunhua will purchase or sell hydrogen energy products to each other from time to time, including gas cylinders, system integration products, valves, and other components, as well as station equipment. The products will be manufactured by Beijing Tianhai Group and Shanghai Shunhua Group, and the contract is valid from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027, for a period of 3 years.
