LAI SUN INT'L (00191.HK) expects a mid-term loss of approximately 0.1 billion to 0.15 billion HKD.
On March 14, GLB announced that LAI SUN INT'L (00191.HK) expects that the consolidated loss attributable to the owners of the company for the six months ending January 31, 2025, will be between approximately HK$100,000,000 and HK$150,000,000, compared to a consolidated loss of approximately HK$1,117,000,000 attributable to the owners of the company in the same period last year. The expected reduction in loss is mainly due to the group's improvement in (i) changes in the fair value of investment properties during the review period; (ii) improved contributions from joint ventures; (iii) gains from the sale of a subsidiary; and (iv) financing costs.
