Guanzhong Real Estate Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) is an investment holding company incorporated in Hong Kong, China. Its shares are listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (stock code: 193) The main business of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) includes property investment and development, hotel business, financial investment and related business. Property investment and development The Group continues to own a vacant plot of about 10,154 square meters in Coloane, Macau, China for the construction of more than 40 luxury independent residential houses and related facilities. The Group also holds a 5% interest in a plot of land located on the commercial road in Macau, China, which can be used to develop a superior high-rise residential building along Nanwan Lake. Hotel business The Group wholly owns the Foshan Fortuna Hotel with 406 luxurious guest rooms located in Lecong Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, China. The Group also holds a 32.5% interest in the Fortune Hotel in Macau, China. The hotel is located in the center of the new port area and provides 342 guest rooms for visitors to Macau.
