ITC PROPERTIES (00199.HK): Sanya Innovation has received the "Agreement on the Paid Recovery of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights."
On December 27, Glonghui reported that ITC PROPERTIES (00199.HK) announced that regarding a piece of land in Sanya that has been expropriated, it will receive a compensation of 0.478 billion yuan. On December 25, 2024, Sanya Innovation received the "Agreement on the Paid Recovery of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights" signed by the Sanya government on December 23, 2024, confirming the payment terms for the recovery compensation disclosed in the announcement.
