Sichuan Haite High-Tech (002023.SZ): The subsidiary intends to transfer 100% equity of Huaxin Yichou.
On December 25th, Gelonghui reported that Sichuan Haite High-Tech (002023.SZ) announced that its subsidiary Huaxin Aircraft Leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huaxin Leasing Tianjin") plans to transfer 100% of its equity in Shanghai Huaxin Yichou Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huaxin Yichou") for 1.3728 million yuan to AVIC Materials (Peking) Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "AVIC Materials Financial Leasing"), and signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement" on December 24, 2024. After the completion of this equity transfer, Huaxin Leasing Tianjin will no longer hold equity in Huaxin Yichou.
