Gelonghui reported on December 11 that Guangdong Construction (002060.SZ) announced that the company signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement for the Comprehensive Energy Project in Baiyin City" with CNNC Hua Yuan Titanium Dioxide (referred to as "CNNC Titanium Dioxide"). They plan to jointly invest in and develop a comprehensive energy project in Baiyin City, Gansu Province. The company and CNNC Titanium Dioxide will leverage their respective advantages to collaborate on the investment and development of the following three projects: 1. Cogeneration Project: Construction of 2×440t/h high-temperature ultra-high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers + 2×59MW back-pressure steam turbine generator sets, with the construction location in the Yindong Industrial Park, Baiyin High-tech Zone.
