About Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Company
The company is controlled by the Shaanxi Gas Group. It is a state-owned listed enterprise with the construction and operation of a long-term natural gas pipeline network as the core, integrating downstream distribution business. It is mainly responsible for the planning, construction, operation management and downstream gas distribution and sales of natural gas pipelines throughout Shaanxi Province. The company's predecessor was the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Pipeline Preparation Office, approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Government in December 1991. In November 2005, the company changed its name through a shareholding system reform. On August 13, 2008, the company's shares were listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company is mainly responsible for the planning, construction, operation and management of long-term natural gas pipelines in Shaanxi Province. The company's main products or services: natural gas sales, pipeline transportation and gas engineering installation. Company honors include the China Remote Sensing Application Association Science and Technology Award, National Civilized Unit Review Certificate, and the 2017-2018 Youth Civilized Number.
