(referred to as the 'Target Company') and its all shareholders on August 12, 2024. SK Energy Technology added an investment of 5 million yuan to Hanqing Power by means of capital increase. Among the increased capital, 0.057128 million yuan was used as the newly added registered capital of the target company, corresponding to 1.4493% equity of the target company after the transaction.
