About Langold Real Estate Company

The company was founded in 1998 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2009, becoming the first commercial real estate company listed in the real estate industry after the IPO was restarted. In 2014, China Power Construction Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. became the shareholder of Nanguo Real Estate Holdings. China Power Construction Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. was reorganized and established in November 2005. It is one of the first 16 central enterprises specializing in real estate development and management approved by the State Council's State-owned Assets Administration Commission. The company focuses on two core tasks: commercial operation services and integrated urban operation business. The company's main products include commercial operations and urban operations. Corporate honors include the Jingzhou “Best Official Hospitality Hotel” award, the 2017 China Top 100 Commercial Real Estate Top 100, and the “2016 Wuhan Top 10 Real Estate Industry Comprehensive Strength”.
