Grant Hui, October 21st 丨 shun tak hold (00242.HK) announced that its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Shun Tak AJHackett Skypark Holdings Limited, received a letter of acceptance from Ocean Park Company on October 21, 2024, confirming the acceptance of the tender submitted by STAHS for the development and operation of a new adventure-themed area for Ocean Park ("the Project"). The company plans to cooperate with the AJ Hackett Group to promote the Project through STAHS. In order to carry out this Project, STAHS must comply with the letter of acceptance.
