Palm Eco-Town Development (002431.SZ): A subsidiary consortium won the bid for the first section of the high-standard farmland demonstration area construction project in Huangchuan County for 0.14 million acres.
On February 25, Gelonghui reported that Palm Eco-Town Development (002431.SZ) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Henan Palm Construction Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Henan Palm Construction") has been confirmed as the winning bidder for the first section of the "Huangchuan County 0.14 million mu high-standard farmland demonstration zone construction project" in a consortium with Henan Bifeng Ecological Landscape Construction Co., Ltd., Keyu Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Henan Aerospace Surveying and Planning Co., Ltd. As of the announcement date, the official "Bid Notification" for the project has not yet been received. The total planned investment for the project is approximately 5.5.
