The company agreed to increase Shengwei Strategy's capital by 21.971477 million euros in the form of debt-for-equity swaps, with related party Schweizer Electronic AG. (referred to as "Schweizer") waiving the proportional capital increase. After this capital increase, Shengwei Strategy's registered capital will be correspondingly increased from 87,716,023 euros.
