Greater Bay Area Holdings Limited (a limited company incorporated in Bermuda) is listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, stock code 261. We are mainly engaged in property business and financial business. Currently, all of our real estate projects are located in mainland China. As China's economy continues to upgrade, demand for quality housing is increasing rapidly. We are pioneer investors entering the real estate development market in mainland China at the beginning of China's economic reforms.
