Greater Bay Area Holdings Limited (a limited company incorporated in Bermuda) is listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited, stock code 261. We are mainly engaged in property business and financial business. Currently, all of our real estate projects are located in mainland China. As China's economy continues to upgrade, demand for quality housing is increasing dramatically. We are pioneering investors entering the real estate development market in mainland China at the beginning of China's economic reforms. We are confident about the future of the real estate market in mainland China. We will continue to expand our real estate business, not only in mainland China, but also in Hong Kong, China. In order to diversify and broaden our revenue streams, we obtained a money lender license in 2018 <> and started a money lending business in Hong Kong, China. We believe there are plenty of opportunities for the company in the future. We intend to diversify into other possible businesses as opportunities arise.
