On December 19, Gelonghui reported that Willing New Energy (002667.SZ) announced its plan to reasonably optimize the asset and liability structure of its wholly-owned subsidiary based on the needs of business development, intending to increase the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuyi Industry (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wuyi Industry") by a total of 40 million yuan. After the capital increase is completed, Wuyi Industry's registered capital will increase from 100 million yuan to 140 million yuan. After this capital increase, Wuyi Industry will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
