(referred to as "Shangtou Investment") regarding the transfer of shares agreements with Ms. Cao Shiru, Mr. Cao Zengjun, and Shangtou Investment, as well as the transfer of shares agreements between Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yonghui Superstores") and Shangtou Investment have completed the transfer registration procedures and obtained the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation Letter". After the completion of this equity change, the total number of voting shares of the company is 1,078,225,000 shares. The voting rights proportion controlled by Shangtou Investment is 21.32%.
