About MONGOLIA ENERGY Company

The Company is an investment holding company. The Group's main business is coal mining and exploration, and is operated by MoEnCo LLC (“MoEnCo”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in Mongolia. The Group's main project is the Hushuotu coking coal project in western Mongolia. The Group sells coking coal and thermal coal to customers in China and Mongolia. The Hushuotu coal mine is located about 1,350 km west of Ulaanbaatar in Kobdo province in western Mongolia. It is about 311 kilometers from the Takshken border in Xinjiang and is connected by the Hushuotu Highway built by the group. In the financial year, the Group produced approximately 7,112,200 tons (2023:2,864,400 tons) of gross coal and sold approximately 1,873,600 tons (2023:1,630,000 tons) of coal (including coking coal, thermal coal and raw coal) to customers.
