On February 18, Gelonghui reported that Dongguan Mentech Optical & Magnetic (002902.SZ) announced that to more effectively promote the operation and development of Shenzhen Mentech Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Mentech Energy"), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongguan Mingtian Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., intends to sign an "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Shenzhen Opus Dongfang Management Consulting Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Opus Dongfang") and Shenzhen Ouming Hay Management Consulting Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Ouming Hay"), proposing to transfer 20.4% equity of the holding subsidiary Mentech Energy to Opus Dongfang and Ouming Hay.
