On June 26, 2000, the former Sichuan Securities Co., Ltd. merged and reorganized with the former Sichuan Stock Exchange Center to increase capital and expand shares to establish Huaxi Securities Co., Ltd. It is mainly engaged in brokerage and wealth management business, credit business, investment banking business, asset management business, investment business, public fund management business and other businesses.
