Suibao Department Store Holdings (China) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) was incorporated as a limited company in the Cayman Islands on November 5, 2008. The Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) mainly operate department stores and community shopping centers in the People's Republic of China (“China”). The Group is one of the department store chains with a long history in Shenzhen. It specializes in the mid-range market segment and operates its department stores under the “” and “Suibao Plaza” brands. As of December 31, 2023, the Group operated and/or managed 14 department stores, of which 9 were located in Shenzhen, 3 in Shanwei, 1 in Meizhou and 1 in Changsha. The total construction area (“floor area”) was approximately 242,842 square meters, of which 38.0% were owned properties.
