On January 22, Gelonghui reported that YUANHENG GAS (00332.HK) announced that SHINEWING (H.K.) CPA Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from January 22, 2025. The Board of Directors further announced that, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, the Board has resolved to appoint Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as the company's auditor.
