Leading the continuous development of the market Family Music Group (Stock Code: 0341) is one of the largest listed catering groups in Asia. It is committed to operating a chain of fast food restaurants and specialty catering businesses. In recent years, it has actively developed in all aspects and successfully developed institutional catering and food processing businesses. Family Music Group was incorporated in October 1968 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in July 1986, becoming the first local food listed group at the time. In October 2001, the Group officially became one of the top 200 constituent stocks in the Hang Seng Composite Index series. After nearly half a century of unremitting efforts, we now have a stable market leadership position in the Hong Kong fast food industry. The Group's business footprint spans Hong Kong and mainland China, with over 330 business units and 120 branches respectively. Since the establishment of the company, Dadayaku Group has experienced many transformations and continued to expand its business. Its turnover, number of employees, and net asset value have all grown steadily. It has thrived from being a small enterprise born in the past to become today's multinational group. We are convinced that with the concerted efforts of an outstanding team of 17,000 people, the Group is expected to continue to grow steadily in the future. Hong Kong's industry leader Fast food catering Everyone is famous in Hong Kong. It has always maintained a leading position in the fast food industry, serving around 300,000 customers every day. We wholeheartedly provide high-quality and value-added cuisine to the public, and continue to develop innovative dishes. Currently, more than 100 types of food are served on a rotating basis, in order to bring customers a variety of taste buds to enjoy. In addition to striving to operate the flagship brand Everyone Happy, the Group is also actively expanding other strategic brands to continue growing in the fiercely competitive fast food restaurant market in Hong Kong. The Group's other strategic brands include a congee noodle and rice noodle array to further develop this huge market. Casual cuisine Dadayle Group has a unique eye for the huge potential of the laid-back Western food market in Hong Kong and has developed a number of healthy Western food brands, including purchasing Oliver's Super Sandwiches in 2003, which focuses on a variety of Western-style snacks, salads and fresh foods, which are very popular with the public. Since 2007, we have set up a joint venture to operate the Italian coffee shop espressamente illy under an exclusive franchise model, focusing on the premium coffee market. Featured restaurants Over the years, the Group has continued to expand new opportunities, break through the framework of the fast food business, expand and operate full-service specialty restaurants, founded a spaghetti restaurant as early as 1991, and opened the 360 series and PizzaStage in recent years, successfully attracting diners with diverse specialty cuisines and maintaining a competitive advantage. Institutional meals In the early 90s, the group established Pan Asia Catering to kick off the institutional catering business. Since its inception, the brand has maintained a strong position in the market and a wide range of customers, including major local hospitals, universities, private and public institutions. In September 1999, the Group launched a new brand, Energizing Lunch, which successfully entered the children's food market. After years of development, Active Lunch has now become one of the largest lunch suppliers for schoolchildren in Hong Kong. Active Lunch pays great attention to food safety, good eating habits and food sustainability, and strives to provide students with healthy and beneficial lunches. A professional procurement team searches for high-quality ingredients from around the world; nutritionists then prepare delicious, appealing, and nutritious menus. All lunches are preserved using advanced quick-cooling technology to ensure food safety. Active Lunch is the first lunch supplier for schoolchildren in Hong Kong to implement a number of environmental protection measures, taking practical measures to promote food conservation and recycling. Family Fun Group actively fulfills corporate social responsibility and strictly complies with safety standards. The school children's meal business has also been certified by “HACCP”, “ISO 9001”, “ISO 14001” and the strictest “ISO 22000” food safety management system. Active Lunch is also the first school children's catering organization in Hong Kong to obtain relevant certification. Central food production Since the 80s, the Group has adopted a central production system because we are convinced that a perfect central food production process is essential to the success of the catering business. The central food production center is equipped with advanced equipment. Even if the quantity and variety of food and ingredients continue to increase, comprehensive monitoring can be achieved to ensure that food quality is maintained at a consistent high level. Most of the food in the Group's restaurants is distributed and manufactured at the Central Food Production Center. When all products, materials and packaging arrive at the center, they must go through strict hygiene and safety checks before they can be further processed or distributed to each restaurant. The food production center has been operating at its original site for many years, and the service is reliable. To provide more effective support, the Food Production Centre has moved to Tai Po. The new center covers an area of 140,000 square feet. It has been put into service since April 2013 and can provide services for more than 300 branches. In the future, it will be able to further strengthen food quality control and increase overall productivity. Expanding business in mainland China Fast food catering After years of hard work and development, Dadayle's business has steadily occupied an important position in first-tier cities in China's Pearl River Delta. Based on a successful business development platform and brand benefits, the Group opened a large-scale central food production center in Guangzhou in 2011 to provide logistics support for more than 300 branches in mainland China. The center is equipped with multi-purpose training equipment to effectively provide employee training and further enhance the Group's competitiveness. Featured restaurants The specialty restaurant market in mainland China is booming, and the Group is seizing good opportunities to focus on development. With the advantages of the Hong Kong Spaghetti House brand, the Group successfully opened branches in several first-tier cities in the Pearl River Delta. Institutional meals Our mainland team is also working hard to expand the institutional catering business, striving to develop business opportunities in science parks, new commercial buildings and educational institutions. Among them, there are many successful examples. For example, Pan-China Catering Management is currently hosting a cafeteria for students and staff. The restaurant area is 2,740 square meters, making a name for itself in the market. Food manufacturing and distribution The Group's acquisition of Nordic International Foods in 1997 was an important milestone in enhancing the food manufacturing and distribution business in Greater China. Nordic International Foods is the main supplier of processed meat in Hong Kong. It has set up a 40,000-square-meter food production center in Dongguan to manufacture products such as ham, sausage, and bacon, and distribute them to merchants in Hong Kong and mainland China.
