ALLIED GROUP: Announcement of Audited Results for the Year 2024
ALLIED GROUP (00373.HK) expects a loss of approximately 0.7 billion to 0.9 billion Hong Kong dollars for the fiscal year 2024.
On March 18, Gelonghui reported that ALLIED GROUP (00373.HK) anticipated that in the fiscal year 2024, the comprehensive loss attributable to Shareholders would be recorded between approximately 0.7 billion and 0.9 billion Hong Kong dollars, compared to an audited comprehensive loss of approximately 0.1 billion Hong Kong dollars in the previous year. The decline in financial performance is mainly due to the net impact of the following items: TIAN AN recorded a loss attributable to its Shareholders in the fiscal year 2024, whereas it recorded a profit attributable to Shareholders in the fiscal year 2023.
